Alaska:
Our Kodiak shipping platform is a commercial seafood
processing facility, located on the waterfront next to
Kodiak’s boat harbor. We buy king crab, cod, halibut,
salmon, rockfish, black cod, Pollock and sole. We also offer
custom processing for sport fishermen.
This facility services the majority of Kodiak’s charter
fleet and walk-in customers. With the Pacific-Gourmet focus
on quality and freshness this facility carries the
distinction of the Marine Stewardship Council logo which
ensures products are sustainable and of the highest quality.
We hand fillet all sport fish and use state-of-the-art
vacuum and freezing equipment to preserve the quality of our
commercial and sport fish.
